“…no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born from above.” John 3:3
Lord, thank you for choosing me to be “born from above”. I praise you for the great gift of my Baptism where I received a new life in your Spirit. That day was truly a glorious and wonderful “birth” day. You have invited me into a close, intimate relationship ship with you which will last forever. On my part I have opened that gift and have taken the opportunities being born from above have meant to me. You offer a new way to look at all you have created, with the eyes of faith. The Spirit changes my heart so I can look for how I can live your will for me. I have a Spirit leading me to obedience, to your law, trust in your grace and to look at the world and all its people as you do. With your Spirit within me I can be your instrument of peace and forgiveness. I can be different and maybe attract others to be born from above. Lord, keep your Spirit alive and well within me today so I can do your will. Amen.
