A message from Fr. Ivan Olmo
Beloved Family and Friends of St. Mary Catholic Church and School we miss you and look forward to gathering as a community once again. We are most thankful to our Lord who hears our prayers and provides what we need. In consultation with the Bishops of Florida, Bishop Noonan has taken the following steps to begin opening our parish communities.
Monday, May 11 – Friday, May 15
The front doors of our Church will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for you to come in for personal prayer. Appropriate social distancing will be required and masks are highly recommended. People may be denied entrance or asked to leave if the numbers become greater than social distancing would allow. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Daily and Sunday Masses will not be celebrated publicly this week.
Sunday, May 17
Sunday Mass will be available by livestream at 10:00 AM in English and 12:30 PM in Spanish.
Monday, May 18 – Friday, May 22
The front doors of our Church will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for you to come in for personal prayer. Daily Mass will be offered in the Main Church at 8:30 AM. Appropriate social distancing will be required and masks are highly recommended. People may be denied entrance or asked to leave if the numbers become greater than social distancing would allow. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Sunday, May 24
Sunday Mass will not be celebrated publicly but available by livestream on at 10:00 AM in English and 12:30 PM in Spanish.
Monday, May 25 – Friday, May 29
The front doors of our Church will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for you to come in for personal prayer. Daily Mass will be offered in the Main Church at 8:30 AM. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered Tuesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Sunday, May 30-31 – The Feast of Pentecost
Our regularly scheduled Sunday Masses resume (5:00 PM Saturday Vigil, 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM in Spanish). Confessions will resume on Saturday May 30 at 3:45 PM. Appropriate social distancing will be required and masks are highly recommended. People may be denied entrance or asked to leave if the numbers become greater than social distancing would allow.
