Daniel 7:9-10, 13-14 or Revelation 12:7-12

Psalm 138

John 1:47-51

Thousands upon thousands were ministering to him, and myriads upon myriads attended him.  Daniel 7:10

Lord, Daniel’s dream reminds us that there is so much more to your creation than we can see.  Before our sun was formed by your hands the angels were attending you.  These timeless beings serve you, worship you and are a sign of your majesty and power.  Day and night they give you praise.  It’s amazing to realize that your heavenly beings are present and involved with the affairs of us on earth.  Angels are all around us especially at Mass, when we pray and when you will them to intervene in our lives.  Jesus, how will I encounter angels today?  Is there an angel with a message to me from you?  Will an angel protect me or a loved one from harm?  Will your angel bring me healing today?  Will you angel give me the strength to resist a temptation?  Thank you, Lord, for your power at work in my life through your angels.  I can’t wait to see them and be blessed, as in Daniel’s dream, by their perfect adoration of you. Amen
