Acts 4:13-21

Psalm 118

MT 16:9-15

“It is impossible for us not to speak about what we have seen and heard.” Acts 4:20

She went and told his companions who were mourning and weeping.  Mk. 16:10

Lord, for Peter and John it was impossible to not witness to you. I’m not that secure. I sometimes remain silent when words are needed. Despite having the truth about you in my heart and mind, it can fail to come out of my mouth. Lord, increase the desire within me to share the good news of how you love us, how you want everyone to live a new life. To live in such a way, I don’t have to use words. Lord may my actions and words this day not deny you.  May I be a witness to you in whatever way you have called me to be. Lord, I know that I am accountable for the graced life with which you have blessed me. You have given me the opportunities, the tools, the health, the direction. All I need to do is trust in you at all times.  Your power and grace are enough.  Amen
