… in the presence of the angels I will sing your praise; Ps. 138:1
“Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel”. John 1:49
Lord of heaven and earth, I love you, I thank you and I praise you. Along with the angels in heaven and those who serve you on earth I honor you as the Son of God and King of the universe. Nathanael was He was pondering scripture under a fig tree when he was blessed with a powerful faith in you during his early and brief encounter with you. That was the way he was prepared to meet his Master and Lord. Lord, I pray that I too may grow in faith as I ponder and meditate on your word each day. Help me to be ready to meet you today as I journey through the opportunities and challenges of this day. I want to be able to recognize your messengers if I encounter them and to accept their protection and guidance. I believe you will provide all the grace, encouragement and strength I require to live the abundant life with which you have blessed me. When I attend Holy Mass, I want to join with all the angels present to worship you above all things. St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael pray for us. Amen.
